Each psychologist practises as a self-employed worker under her own NIF and college membership number, being individually responsible for the services provided. The collective acts as a joint controller solely for the website and the initial acquisition of patients.
Tax regime: Self-employed under personal NIF. VAT applicable according to current regulations (currently exempt from VAT as these are health services, art. 20.Uno.2º Law 37/1992 on VAT).
