I understand therapy as a process of self-knowledge and change, in which each person can better understand their experience, develop their own resources and move towards a more fulfilling life. My approach is integrative and individualised, combining Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT), third-wave therapies —such as ACT and DBT— and psychodynamic orientation, adapting interventions to each person's needs. I believe the therapeutic bond is the foundation of change. That is why I aim to build a relationship based on trust, empathy and respect, offering a safe, judgment-free space where each person can express themselves freely, feel understood and explore new ways of facing their difficulties. With training in sport psychology, I work with athletes, families and coaches to promote emotional well-being and performance. In a society that seeks immediate results, I believe in the importance of respecting timing, trusting the process and learning to move through discomfort rather than avoiding or covering it up. Therapy is a space to face fears, question the familiar and open up to change, understanding that growth is not always linear and that each person can build their own path.
“Between stimulus and response there is a space. In that space lies our freedom and our power to choose our response.”
