Therapy for adults

An individual space designed to ask about what keeps insisting as suffering, anguish or symptom in daily life. The proposal is to enable your own words to interrogate your history, review the ways of positioning yourself in the face of conflicts and open the possibility of questioning your own desire.

How does it work?

The clinic with adults is not proposed as a space for advice, behavioural guidelines or training to eliminate discomfort immediately. The symptom, from our perspective, says something about the history and the position of the adult who consults. The therapeutic work invites you to stop, to suspend for a moment the demand of daily haste in order to question your own discomfort. Through the interviews, the patient is encouraged to link their current suffering with their personal history, discovering how they repeat certain positions that cause them pain and enabling the construction of a new, personal response to what happens to them.

What does it offer?

A strictly confidential space, free of moral judgement.
Listening that is ready to hold anguish, crises and contradictions.
The possibility of questioning the stumbles that repeat in love, work and social bonds.
The time needed to process grief, life transitions or crossroads.

Who is it for?

Frequently asked questions

How long does the treatment last?

We do not work with a fixed number of sessions or standard recipes. The length of the journey depends on the uniqueness of each person, their discomfort and the rhythms needed for something in their position to change.

Do I need to know what to talk about before I come?

No, there is no need to prepare a topic. The space is designed precisely so that speech can flow freely, allowing whatever comes to the foreground in that moment to appear, even what seems like an unimportant detail.

How often are the sessions?

The frequency is weekly as a rule, although it depends on each therapist’s way of working and the uniqueness of each case.
